Service Description: This map service provides the Maintenance Assessment District (MAD) geographic boundaries within the City of San Diego. A MAD is legal mechanism by which property owners can vote to assess themselves to pay and receive services above-and-beyond what the City normally provides. Each MAD is either managed and maintained by the City of San Diego Parks and Recreation or Economic Development Department.
