These include village sites, habitation areas, and regions near freshwater with complex artifact assemblages.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN> - Moderate Sensitivity: Areas with recorded resources or those developed prior to 1984 when CEQA reviews may not have been applied. These areas typically show moderate artifact density or diversity.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN> - Low Sensitivity: Highly disturbed or developed areas with little to no recorded cultural resources, typically developed after 1984 under CEQA regulations.</SPAN></P></DIV>
